Hi! I’m Mark.
I launched East Park Avenue in 2020 after more than a decade working in the recruiting and staffing industry, across contingent, temporary, and retained search — and leading the training and development of recruiting teams.
I’m a Charlotte native and a graduate of the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. Having grown up in this industry, I understand the real challenges recruiters, executives, and HR leaders face when it comes to attracting and retaining quality talent.
